Yoga for Pregnancy Six-Week Series Sundays September 22--October 27 4:00pm-5:15pm


Yoga for Pregnancy is a six-week series centered around building a parent community and deeper connections to self and baby.

We will offer practices in:

  • Breathwork for pregnancy and childbirth

  • Guided meditation to support pregnant parents in connecting with themselves and/or their baby more deeply

  • Yoga asana to facilitate comfort for the pregnant parent as their body continues to shift, and to build strength and flexibility to support the birthing process

  • Yoga asana to promote nervous system regulation, and for the practice of surrender that is required in the birthing process

  • Each class will come to completion with a closing circle offering time to share, to hear birth stories, ask questions, and enjoy tea and healthy snacks.
