Yoga for Pregnancy is a six-week series centered around building a parent community and deeper connections to self and baby.
We will offer practices in:
Breathwork for pregnancy and childbirth
Guided meditation to support pregnant parents in connecting with themselves and/or their baby more deeply
Yoga asana to facilitate comfort for the pregnant parent as their body continues to shift, and to build strength and flexibility to support the birthing process
Yoga asana to promote nervous system regulation, and for the practice of surrender that is required in the birthing process
Each class will come to completion with a closing circle offering time to share, to hear birth stories, ask questions, and enjoy tea and healthy snacks.
